LGJ30/50/100/200 Medium-sized freeze-dryer


 Freeze-dryer is a technical approach which can freeze the water-bearing materials in advance, and then sublime the water in the vacuum distillation to get the dry goods. After freeze-drying the items will be easier for long-term preservation, water could make it back to the pre-state and maintain the original chemical and biological characteristics. For the thermal material, such as antibiotics, vaccines, blood products, enzyme hormones and other bio-products, freeze-drying technology can show its superiority.

LGJ series of freeze-dryer, double-barrel structure of the freeze-dried in situ (patent). It changed the traditional complicated operation to prevent the pollution of the material. It makes the drying process automation and be suitable for unit production.

LGJ series of freeze-dryer with heating shelf programmable control and PID regulation can accurately control temperature. Human-computer interface with large-screen LCD, the curve and data makes more freeze-drying process information available.
